As the nation prepares for the America 250 celebration, the theme When in the Course of Human Events invites Arizona educators to reflect on the pivotal moments and enduring ideals that have shaped the American story and our place in the world.

Join us as we explore the moments where individuals, communities, and nations are compelled to act—moments when choices reshape identities, institutions, and the trajectory of history itself. This conference explores those pivotal junctures: the ruptures and reckonings, the bold declarations and quiet shifts, the turning points that reveal how people understand their world and respond to its pressures. Whether through political transformation, cultural change, conflict, innovation, or reform, these moments illuminate the human capacity to envision new possibilities while confronting the legacies of the past.

This half-day conference will include a light breakfast, lunch, and a wealth of ideas and strategies to take back to your classroom!
